For job seekers

How does the application assistant work?

The application assistant is an 8-step wizard. You enter your data (CV, experience, target role), and our AI generates a complete CV and matching cover letter from it. You can edit everything, upload a photo, attach documents, and finally export or send the application directly.

Is GlobalTalent24 free?

The core features — job search, profile creation, application management — are free. Premium features like unlimited AI applications, video introduction, and priority with employers are included in the Premium subscription. See the Pricing page for details.

Which countries are supported?

We focus on Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Spain, as well as job seekers from the Western Balkans, Poland, and Latin America. The list of supported destination countries is in the footer.

How long does an application with the assistant take?

Most users complete a full application in 10–15 minutes. If you already have a profile, you can generate a tailored cover letter for a new role in under 3 minutes.

What happens to my data?

Your data leaves the platform only when you actively apply. We do not share it with third parties without your consent. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In Settings under 'Delete account' you can permanently remove your account and all related data. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

For employers

How do I create a job posting?

After registering as an employer, click 'New job' in the company dashboard. The editor walks you through title, description, requirements, and salary. There is a preview before publishing.

What does a job posting cost?

During the beta phase basic job postings are free. Premium listings with branding, top placement, and applicant analytics are billed through a company plan. See the Pricing page for details.

How long is a posting active?

Standard postings are active for 60 days and can be extended. Closed or filled positions can be deactivated manually at any time.

How can I contact applicants?

In the 'Applications' area you see all incoming applications. You can send a message directly from the list as long as the applicant has enabled this. A status change (e.g. 'Invited', 'Rejected') also triggers a notification.

Which browsers are supported?

We support the current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge — on both desktop and mobile. For the video introduction we recommend Chrome or Edge.
