Bringing workers from abroad: administrative support for employers

We organise the administrative side of bringing workers from abroad: documents, the division of responsibilities between your company and the candidate, and coordination of the process.

Price agreed individually

Is this suitable for your company?

  • You have selected a worker from abroad and would like the administrative arrangements for their arrival organised.
  • You are unsure which documents the candidate prepares and which your company prepares.
  • You do not have the capacity to coordinate documents, translations and certification yourself.

What our support covers

  • Reviewing the documents required for the candidate and your company.
  • Dividing responsibilities between your company and the candidate.
  • A step-by-step plan for coordinating the process.
  • An initial consultation to agree on the scope of work and price.

How we work together

  1. Enquiry

You send us an enquiry with basic details about your company, the role and the candidate.

  2. Consultation

We contact you to agree on the scope of work.

  3. Proposal

You receive a proposal with the price and an estimate of external costs. We only start once you accept it.

  4. Carrying out the work

We organise the documents and coordinate the process as agreed. The responsible institution makes the decision.
