Terms of Service

These terms apply to all contracts between GlobalTalent24 and platform users (job seekers, employers, visitors). By registering or using the platform you accept these terms.

Your contracting party for use of the platform is:

• NV Digital OÜ (operator of the “GlobalTalent24” platform)

• For paid premium services, the seller is NV Digital OÜ (see §7).

GlobalTalent24 is a digital platform that connects job seekers and employers. We offer:

• Job search and application management for job seekers
• Job posting publication for employers
• AI-assisted application assistant (CV, cover letter)
• Paid premium features (see §7)

Use of certain features requires an account. The following rules apply:

• Information must be truthful and complete
• Only one account per person
• Access credentials must be kept confidential
• Suspected unauthorized use must be reported to us

Users undertake not to misuse the platform. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• Publish unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Send spam or use automated mass communication
• Manipulate the platform (e.g. scraping without permission)
• Publish job postings without an actual employment intent

Users retain the rights to their own content (CV, profile, job postings). You grant GlobalTalent24 a simple, worldwide, royalty-free right to display that content as part of the platform. AI-generated application documents are created based on your inputs — the usage rights belong to you.

Paid features can be paid by card or by bank transfer. The following applies:

• Card payments: processed via Stripe. Seller: NV Digital OÜ.
• Bank transfer / SEPA: contracting and invoicing by NV Digital OÜ.
• Monthly or annual billing (see pricing page)
• Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract conclusion (except for immediate provision of digital content after explicit consent)
• Cancellation possible at any time at the end of the billing period
• In case of non-payment, paid features may be suspended

We strive for high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We announce maintenance work in advance where possible.

GlobalTalent24 is an intermediary service — we are not a party to contracts between job seekers and employers. We are not liable for the accuracy of job postings or application information provided by third parties. For our own breaches of duty we are liable under statutory provisions.

Processing of your data takes place according to our Privacy Policy.

The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Tallinn, Estonia, to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
